Our Manufacturing Process
Planning & Specification
We confirm bag size, film thickness, material, color, print and quantity with you, based on what the bag will hold and how it will be handled.
Film Extrusion
LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE resin, sourced through trusted vendors, is extruded into film at the agreed thickness and color.
Printing & Bag Making
Film is printed with your logo or design where required, then cut and sealed into bags or wound into rolls.
Quality Review
Finished bags and rolls are checked against the agreed size, thickness and print before they are packed.
Packaging & Delivery
Finished packaging is prepared and coordinated for delivery according to the agreed timeline.
